Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

Hanaura is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing licensing for automated Discord bot infrastructure used to facilitate digital product transactions within Discord servers.

Hanaura provides technology infrastructure only. We do not own, publish, or represent any game publisher, digital wallet provider, or digital content platform.

2. License Model

Users purchase a time-based license (per server) granting access to Hanaura’s bot automation features.

A license is:

• Non-transferable
• Non-exclusive
• Valid only for the selected duration
• Linked to a specific Discord Server ID

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through registered and verified Payment Gateway providers.

Hanaura does not store credit card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive financial information.

License activation occurs only after successful payment verification.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital licenses and instant activation, all license purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed solely in cases of verified system malfunction attributable to Hanaura.

5. Third-Party Services

Hanaura integrates with third-party services including:

• Discord (platform provider)
• Payment Gateway providers
• Registered digital product aggregators/suppliers

Hanaura is not responsible for downtime, API changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

6. Prohibited Use

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Chargeback abuse
• Money laundering activities
• Use of illegal digital goods
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the license without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hanaura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Loss of revenue due to third-party downtime
• End-user misuse of the bot
• Policy enforcement by game publishers

8. Termination

Hanaura reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in cases of policy violation, abuse, fraud risk, or legal compliance requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
