1. Nature of Service

Hanaura is a digital automation platform that enables Discord server owners to sell digital products such as game top-ups, PPOB services, and other digital goods via an integrated bot system.

Hanaura acts as a technology provider and does not produce, publish, or own any game titles or digital publisher rights.

2. Eligibility

• You must have administrative authority over the Discord server.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Payment & Transactions

All payments are processed via verified and registered Payment Gateway providers. Hanaura does not store credit card numbers or banking credentials.

Transactions are processed only after successful payment verification.

4. Prohibited Use

• Fraudulent transactions
• Manipulation of payment systems
• Use for illegal digital goods
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities

5. Limitation of Liability

Hanaura is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, game publisher policies, or misuse by end users.
