  • Discord Server (Guild) ID
  • Discord Server Name
  • Discord Channel ID (for transaction routing)
  • Username (as provided by Discord)
  • Transaction metadata (invoice ID, product ID, amount, payment status)
  • License activation data (server ID, activation timestamp, plan duration)

We do not collect passwords, Discord tokens, or private message contents outside bot command interactions.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used strictly for:

  • Processing digital transactions
  • Generating invoices and payment verification
  • License validation and server activation
  • Fraud prevention and abuse monitoring
  • System performance monitoring and service improvement

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through registered Payment Gateway providers. Hanaura does not store credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.

Payment-related data may be shared securely with:

  • Payment Gateway provider (for payment processing and verification)
  • Registered digital product aggregators (for automated fulfillment)

5. Data Retention

Transaction and license records are retained for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes. Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and operational obligations.

We implement administrative, technical, and reasonable security measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services

Hanaura integrates with third-party platforms including Discord, Payment Gateway providers, and digital product aggregators. Use of those services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Users may request data clarification or deletion related to their server license, subject to compliance and transaction record requirements.
